Utprarit consumer foundation has been setup by leading legal & consumer right activists with a purpose of supporting and protecting Indian consumers against the ill affects of fake products, illegal products and non-complaint products.

Utprarit is a charitable organization, which provides support to consumers to fight the manufacturers, traders, distributors and online sellers, which sell products which harm the consumer health, compromise on their safety, causes losses to government, cheat the citizens and use unfair means to manufacturer & sell products which don’t meet the minimum quality, safety and health standards.

Utprarit also supports various departments of the government of India which are engaged in the consumer affairs, FSSI, CDSCO, health, IT, Tabaco ( COTPA), BIS, DIPP, Legal Metrology and helps consumers to take legal and non legal actions as per various statutes covered under these departments.

Utprarit also undertakes for charity educating Indian consumers on the various cyber threats by organizations engaged in the dark web and online selling illegal products including that of selling on social media. These products primarily cover narcotics, Tabaco, liquor, sex and other products directly causing harm to consumer health and well being.

Utprarit Consumer Foundation has a Tie-up with World Famous, WHO Certified and UN Approved De-addiction Centre, Kapurthala, Punjab which is run by Punjab Government under the supervision of World Renowned Doctor for De-addiction Dr. Sandeep (For Hardcore drugs, drinking and smoking)
