Utprarit Consumer Foundation (UCF) was honoured to participate in “Manak Manthan”, organized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Ghaziabad Branch Office & Central Laboratory, on IS 4151:2015 – Protective Helmets for Two Wheeler Riders.

The event brought together road safety experts, policymakers, enforcement agencies, healthcare professionals, industry representatives, and consumer organizations to discuss the importance of BIS-certified (ISI-marked) helmets in reducing road fatalities and enhancing consumer safety.

The session highlighted the significance of quality standards, helmet testing procedures, consumer awareness, and responsible manufacturing in ensuring safer roads for everyone.
